ChristieOhh: This is an exciting time! How do you feel?

Kenneth John: Yes it is! I’m very excited about the show. I’ve been waiting since April for July to come. Angela (Big Ang) is a great person and treats me like her son. She’s very real, very fun and everybody loves her.

ChristieOhh: How did the taping of the show go for you?

Kenneth John: It went great! I’ve done a few things in the past but nothing like this. At first, I was nervous having the cameras around. But being around good people you don’t notice they are there. What you see is real. This is my first real opportunity to be myself, show who I am and not hold back at all. I am blessed to be with people who accept me and believe in me and have a good time.

ChristieOhh: How do you know Angela (Big Ang)?

Kenneth John: My father has known Angela for over 10 years. I met her before Mob Wives and before the spin off show, we spoke and immediately clicked. She mentioned that she was going to do a few things a gay clubs that I went to. And she’s a huge supporter of the gay community. She told me about the spin off show, we met and went over things, she wanted someone to represent the gay community and show appreciation because they are a big part of her success. There’s something about Big Ang we all adore and the gay community adores her for her continuous support. I appeared in a few shows and she made sure I was taken care of in every possible way. She is so kind, funny, and supportive. Her friends and family welcomed me with open arms. Her sister, Janine, is her backbone and I love how she loves Big Ang unconditionally.

ChristieOhh: What can we expect from the show?

Kenneth John: Tons of fun, Angela’s life, her friends and getting to see her around the neighborhood and some craziness. Lots of drinking, laughs, a few appearances from familiar people. My relationship with her and her crew blossoms on camera. The jokes and smiles are endless. It’s a feel good show, no drama, no fighting. I can guarantee everyone is going to love it!

ChristieOhh: What’s next for you?

Kenneth John: I’m hoping this will open doors for me. I work a full time job and I really enjoy it. However, I hope this will land me more events in the gay community. I hope the show is picked up another season and people want me back. I appreciate the love and support of my twitter fans and I hope it continues to grow along with me. I’m a fun and sweet person, much like Big Ang. I will treat you like gold. Ask anyone! I’m a positive person to represent my community and I enjoy my life to the fullest.
