ChristieOhh: It’s your first season! What can we expect?

Brandon: Expect me to find my way, learn the organization and contribute to the team.

ChristieOhh: Did you ever think you would be playing for Pittsburgh?

Brandon: I had no indication that I would be here. I was shocked to see it play out like this. I’m happy to be here!

ChristieOhh: Do you feel like a hometown hero since you played college ball for Pittsburgh?

Brandon: Not really! I have a lot of supportive people here that are truly rooting for me and looking out for me. I want to do a good job for myself and for them.

ChristieOhh: How do you stay focused?

Brandon: I don’t let anything outside of football distract me. I know and understand this is a once in a lifetime opportunity so I have to do what I have to do and stay focused at all times. My agent C. Lamont Smith of All Pro Sports and Entertainment has been a huge supporter in helping me stay focused and keep my eyes on the prize.

ChristieOhh: How do you spend your downtime?

Brandon: Kicking it with friends and family. Hanging out with my girlfriend and doing fun, positive things.

ChristieOhh: What would be a dream come true for this season?

Brandon: Aww man! Just to walk in the locker room and see my jersey hung up, being on the active roster with a chance to play!
